They call it mellow yellow....

Hello and Happy Friday!!
As a few, or maybe most of you know.. Coastal Nest has been searching and searching for a color suitable for her lovely home..
I think I might have found it. My home isnt a darling little frenchy like this sweet home (estate)--GAH!!
But, its got lots of character and was built in 1927, she is a wonderful vintage English Tudor with scratch shingles and leaded windows..Ive been looking through my photos to try and find a picture to post..cant find one! But, trust me- I will go and take one and add it a bit later today for you..
Coastal Nest wants all the good advice you all can give her. The ever trusty and always foxy handyman, you know him as BV, thinks he loves it.Which, these days, is half the battle..

What do you think???

It's a wonderful color. Some say, you have to ask the house. I did feel with my house that the rooms were determining the decor and not so much what "I" had in mind.

That color is gorgeous--perfect for a vintage Tudor.

I love your new banner photo! Is there a story behind the photos?

Depends on who it was that chose that color, I might think twice, but seriously not with you. You have a decorator's eye, and I have seen what you have done before, so I say go with it. I will be waiting to see the finished product, which I know already I will like!!

Let me know what color you go with. It will be fun to see the transformation.
