A little peek and an oar-some score

This is the home I speak of when I say we need a paint job..

Shes a beauty, isn't she!! Love this place with all my heart..I really want to paint her that yellow color from ""back here..""
really, REALLY..what do you think..

Then there's these..They have been for sale at a local place I go (and have a booth) for a while now. $85 buckaroos..I was telling the owner how much I craved them, but alas..the $85 was a little steep..really?
ALOT steep.
They were his..
HE GAVE THEM TO ME!!!

Oh, my holy green goodness..

I am going to have to find a boat now...
he he he..
:)

Your house is so adorable! I like the current color, but I think the yellow would be gorgeous, too.

GAH. I LOVE your house!!!

I love that yellow! Have you been to Amongst the Oaks? You've GOT to check out her house and what she's done to it. She even did some faux aging to the outside, I think.

Love the oars! Can't believe he gave them to you! You must look like you need some oars?! Oar-starved. Oar challenged. Oar....I'm all out of oar goofiness.

No wonder you like your house, it is beautiful! I like the color it is now, but I scrolled down and looked at the yellow again, and I think it would look good in that color also...especially when you got finished adding your decorator touch to it.

Love the green oars...they were meant for you. Did you see the orange ones I found last week at an antique store?

Oh those oars are GREAT! What a charming casa...if you paint yellow what color will the scroll between the windows be? Would black/gray be yucky? I am thinking that to work with the black/gray of the roof.

I forgot to tell you that I am in favor of the yellow but then that could be because I live in a yellow house. It just always seems fresh!!

Hey Lisa~
I love um love um. Oh I am so jealous~ They look like they so belong right there in that place. Did you bat your eyelashes? Go for the yellow, go for it. I think it will look great. Oh and how I love that Nest of yours. So I am gonna send you a picture of my house and ask you to give me some advice. How many times do I say it. I wish we lived close, sharin' wine and decorating love!
