Candle Gal...

Do you not love the flicker..
There is something about a candle..Especially when they have friends over and all get lit up.It makes me carazzzeeee when women purchase candles and then never burn them
.."oh, I never burn my candles, they are just for show.."
YIKES!! please girls. If you have them, burn them.

(EVEN..even) if you have to use up that package of 100 tea lites you purchased at Ikea..before you buy any more..
It will make you feel better.
~and the smell, divine..

I promise.

I, too, love candlelight. Combine candlelight with a hot bath? Heaven. If I have any unburned wicks laying around my place, it's strictly an oversight.

I've been stopping by your blog for a little while but I wanted to stop and comment on this lovely post! I completely agree with you that candles are for burning and enjoying their smell and flicker! I just adore candles. They're my weakness purchase! (I have way too many) Thank you for this lovely post. Lissa

I am also a candle girl. I have recently realized that tea lights are my friend. It seems I have a bad habit of forgetting about those pesky candles and with a tea light at least they burn themselves out in a couple of hours :0)
PS
Are those white ceramic woven thingies on the stairs yours?? they are very cute?? Where did you get them?? :0)

I love candlelight!! I use them even in the daylight. And, I never have a dinner party without them. Now that my daughters have their own homes, I see them burning candles often. I like each one of your pictures. I enjoy all the visits to your blog.

I am just now learning the love of a tealight. Recently bought 2 dozen holders and the bag of a hundred. Poor hubby, just didn't get it.
