We have had a few crab fisherman in the family. Steves dad crabbed and fished almost up until the day he passed away. A Westport boy through and through. My brother in law loves to get crabs, so does my man..on a rare occasion.
We very much look forward to the season starting around here, well, because...

OH MY GOD!!!! My Dad just came home last night from the Oregon coast and brought us 15 fresh crab! We were just getting ready to crack it out this morning and I'm going to start cooking.

I have a confession to make. My favorite TV show? Deadliest Catch about the crab fisherman out on the Bearing Sea. Love that show.

An aspect of life that is not real familiar to me, but sounds like so much fun. It brings back memories for me of my time on the Oregon coast. Hope that you post pictures of your crab eating times together.
