Layin it on.....coastal nest style...

Hello,
One thing about me is, when it comes to Christmas...
The girl cannot help herself!
as you will soon see for your own eyes.
There is just something about this season..
Makes me want to get out all of every little piece of
Children's art passed, or my favorite little treasure from a certain someone.
I just have to lay it on..
wanna take a look at what Ive been doin?
k...
Original artwork, A la middle man..
a cute little somethin from Biggest Boy, from I think 3rd grade..isn't Rudolph
Adorable..The rest of these photos were taken in and out of days and between a few evenings and mornings and when ever I had the camera handy, so.. no rhyme or reason. Please excuse a sister for out of sync randomness that is coastal nest photography.
onward, shall we??

Large candelabra in the living room, I put alot of vintage balls on it this year. She looks alright..

My nativity..Hello baby Jesus. --Remember, the reason??

My frosty the bobvilla sno-mailman..

a little bobblehead snowman for the kitchen

Dinning room by starlight..

Snowflake garland ...getting bored? Im so sorry..

More dining room drama .....zzzzzzzzzz
Wake up!! here comes a good one!

a few dapper animals..-love love love the alligator and the cricket in the black top hats and tuxedos.

Some of my absolute faves, Nancy Thomas Santa's..

I'm nuts for a great snowman..a few that come to the party every year..

My piano, through the Christmas tree, has every Santa photo I have of my precious little children peeps on it. No, I think this is my fave, now that I mention it. The times, people...They are a flyin by me!

More little carrot noses...--with teeth, no less.
creepy cute frostys.

silly tree shot, that white thing is a vintage angel you put a light through, obviously has fallen over.

red wreath...
Snow babies would greet you at the front door, if you came over...Im in this shot, standing behind these snowbabies, Ive got a great hot buttered rum for ya!!This little white tree with the yellow star I made with my firstborn babe when he was just a toddler. A sacred Christmas ornament of mine....
I hope all of you are having a great start to the
Holiday Season that is
Christmas Time!
Tune in next time where you can hear the coastal nester sing
Christmas Carols with her beloved and handsome
BobVilla, as we celebrate a great tradition of a Karaoke Christmas Party...
........just kidding, thought Id see if y'all were awake.
until next time, folks!!

Your home is SO. GORGEOUS. That candelabra with the vintage ornaments is absolutely stunning--as are your Grandma's vintage glass beads. And your dining room is just perfect--I love the greens, the stars, and the GLOBE! (I have a thing for globes and maps, preferably vintage.)

I had to leave behind all of my vintage Christmas ornaments when I moved to Seattle. I didn't think they'd survive, so some lucky bargain hunters got a good deal at my garage sale. And now I have something to shop for at flea markets and thrift stores. It's almost like the circle of life. Or something.

Gorgeous decorations! I'm lovin' your "mantle props"!!

As for the space at the bottom of your posts, make when the bar to scroll down further in your text is all the way to the bottom that your text is at the bottom too. If there's a bunch of blank space, put the cursor at the end of your text & delete until you can't anymore. If that doesn't work, it might be something in your coding. Hope this helps.

Love your decorations!
Go back to edit the post, scroll to end and delete the empty space. Be careful not to delete to much, or your last picture will delete. You'll get the hang of it!

It snowed last night here...it's going down to -15 (Celcius), and that's without windchill. The power went out in church this morning. Good times. Hey, I might drive down to Tacoma to visit a friend pretty soon...if I do, I should stop by your shop!
