having at it....the reprise..


After being in this new "old tudor" for almost 5 years now I am going to attempt something like this on the steps up to the bedrooms.

    Great! Can't wait to see it!! My stairs are carpeted...however...I could do that on my basement steps!!! How cool would that be? Oh, thanks for the idea!!! mwah!

    I saw this a few months ago and tried it on our stairs. I really like it but everyone that comes over asks if I'm learning to count. I just smile and say "Nope, I think it looks cool!". So go for it and can't wait to see how it looks.

    I would have loved to try something like this, but we had to put carpet on our steps -too worn to draw attention.

    Oh, I love this idea. My husband would lynch me if I painted our stairs, wonder if I could paint up a canvas runner??? Maybe that might be too slippery.
